We offer storage unit rental services. The specific terms of your rental (duration, rate, access, site rules) are set out in the lease signed at the time of booking. These terms govern the use of the website; they do not replace your lease.

3. Text messages (SMS)

If you provide a mobile phone number and agree to receive text messages, you consent to receive messages from us related to your account and your rental: payment reminders, past-due balance notices, access codes and service notices. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

Reply HELP for help, STOP to end the messages at any time. Withdrawing your consent stops the text messages without affecting any other term of your lease. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

4. Information on the site

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information shown on the site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee its complete accuracy. Rates, availability and unit characteristics may change without notice. Only the information confirmed in your lease is contractual.

5. Intellectual property

The text, images, logos and other content shown on this site belong to their respective owners and are protected by copyright. You may consult the site for personal, non-commercial use, but any reproduction, modification or distribution without written authorization is prohibited.

6. User conduct

By using the site, you agree not to: attempt to access restricted areas, disrupt the operation of the site, use the contact form for spam or any abusive communication, or use the site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

The site may contain links to third-party sites (Stortech for booking, Google Maps for location, and others). We do not control the content of those sites and are not responsible for their practices or their terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the province of Quebec and of Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district where our facilities are located.
